Yogurt Cheesecake "Parfe"

This is a light and easy to make cheese cake “Parfe”



2 cups        YoBul! Plain Yogurt

2 cups        Heavy Cream

3tsp            Unflavored Gelatin

½ cup         Organic Honey

16oz           Cream Cheese

1                 Vanilla Beam

1                 Orange Zest



1. In a small bowl sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cream and let it stand for 10 minutes.

2. Heat the remaining 1 ¾ cups cream with vanilla beam split on half and honey, remove from the heat and stir in gelatin till dissolve.

3. Whip the cream cheese till fluffy and stir in yogurt and orange zest.

4. Blend yogurt mixture and cream mixture till smooth and pour in prepared mold(cheesecake form) over crust or individual ramekins.

5. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving
