Honey Yogurt Gelato
This recipe for Home Made Yogurt Gelato will bing intense flavor to your table and the entire frozen treat experience.
Ingredients:
2 cups YoBul Sheep’s Milk Plain Yogurt
½ cup Organic Honey
½ cup Organic Heavy Cream
½ cup Organic Whole Milk
Directions:
1. Heat the milk, cream and honey in the medium pot until the honey is dissolved ( Do Not Bring To a Boil)
2. Wisk in the yogurt into completely cooled mixture until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours and pour into an ice cream maker.
4. Place the yogurt gelato in a freezer safe container and freeze until firm.
