Traditional Bulgarian soup with refreshing taste very popular on the summer time. Often is served in a glass as a compliment to a meal.

 

Ingredients:

2 cups        YoBul! Plain Yogurt

2 cups        Filtered Cold Water

2                Seedless Cucumbers(diced or shredded)

3                Cloves Garlic(crushed)

½ cup        Walnuts

¼ cup        Sunflower Oil

2 Tbs         Fresh Dill(finely chopped)

 

Directions:

1. Wisk the yogurt and water till smooth.

2. Add the diced cucumbers, crushed garlic, fresh dill, oil and mix well.

3. Season with salt and served topped with crushed walnuts
