In the US what is known as “Greek Yogurt” is actually yogurt cheese. The benefit of our yogurt cheese is that it is made from Grass Fed Sheep’s Milk high in natural protein and has a creamy consistency.
2 cups YoBul! Yogurt
Spoon the yogurt into the cheesecloth and tie at the top.
Hang the pouch in the refrigerator over a bowl and allow to drain overnight about 8 hours.
You can use it as a substitute for sour cream, ricotta cheese, cream cheese or mayonnaise.
Mix it with diced English cucumbers or pickles, fresh dill, garlic and top with crushed walnuts and olive oil for a great refreshing appetizer
